The aspirated fluid will be sent to a microbiologist to look for bacteria in it.

ENTERIC ARTHRITIS is arthritis due to gastrointestinal issues.

REACTIVE ARTHRITIS often happens 1 to 4 weeks after contacting gonorrhoea or chlamydia (both are sexually transmitted infections).

ARTHRITIS due to SLE, Ankylosing spondylitis are complicated and beyond the scope of my update for lay people (non-medical doctors).
